About

Rio de Janeiro

The more products I worked on, the less I believed my job was designing interfaces.

Today I spend most of my time understanding problems, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams make better product decisions. The interface is where that work becomes visible — not where it starts.

I work across discovery, strategy, and end-to-end delivery for complex B2B, SaaS, and AI products. I'm most useful where a product is fragmented or sidelined and needs someone to take ownership and give it a direction.

Short pieces on how I think about product decisions — scope, trade-offs, and the work that happens before the interface. Most start as posts on LinkedIn.
